A security deposit is provided for all vehicles in our fleet. It is the guarantor of the fulfillment of obligations under the agreement. Its size depends on the vehicle class.

After signing the Vehicle Return Certificate and paying additional expenses (if necessary), the deposit amount will be refunded.

If the Tenant has not fulfilled its financial obligations, additional expenses are paid out of the deposit.

The deposit will be refunded immediately after signing the Vehicle Return Certificate.

The rate includes 100 km of mileage per day.

Mileage is summed up for the entire rental period (regardless of how much the car drove in one day).

There are no restrictions on car use within Phuket Island.

In case of damage to the car, the Lessee is obliged to provide the relevant documents for registration of the insured event and recognition of the event as insured. In the absence of supporting documents, the Lessee bears full financial responsibility for the damage caused at the rates of the Lease Agreement.

The lessee’s liability is determined by the rate and terms of the Lease Agreement. The lessee is liable regardless of the degree of fault and the nature of the insured event. The Lessee’s liability is defined as follows:

Issued insurance event – in the amount of the cost of damage, but not more than the amount of liability under the Contract. If the damage is not included in the certificate, the Lessee is liable in accordance with the rates under the Lease Agreement.
